753 - Symitar – Joint Name Types For Smart Screen Pop Display

DescriptionThis field will contain a list of name types that should be retrieved when building the joint accountholder lists to be displayed within Smart Screen Pop.

Purpose Controls which Symitar name types are included when Smart Screen Pop displays joint accountholder information to agents.

Behavior If this field is blank, only:

• primary (name type 0) and
• joint (name type 1)

will be retrieved.

Valid Values

• Delimited list of Symitar name type codes
• Delimited using the pipe ( | ) character

Default Value 0|1

Notes/Dependencies

• Must correspond to valid Symitar Name Type codes
• Directly affects contact center agent Smart Screen Pop behavior
