Description Pipe-delimited list of the type codes that are used to designate IRA federal withholding. Enter the type code for current-year IRA federal withholding in the first position. Enter the type code for prior-year IRA federal withholding in the second position.

Purpose Allows the system to classify federal withholding associated with:

  • Current year IRA distributions
  • Prior year IRA distributions
