1106 - Entity Entry Timeout

Description Time in seconds to wait for digit entry after prompt playback or after the last digit is pressed.

Purpose Controls how long the system waits for member input during entity entry. Allows institutions to tune input timing for usability and call flow efficiency.

Valid Values Integer value representing seconds.

Recommended Values

• 3 seconds for Symitar, Keystone, XP2
• 7 seconds for other cores

Default Value 3
