Description Specifies the Symitar lookup field used to search for a member when searching by phone number (ANI). Enter the two-digit lookup field number to use
Example: Lookup Type 05 = 05, Lookup Type 27 = 27
Purpose Controls which Symitar lookup field is used when performing IVR member searches by phone number. Allows institutions to define how ANI-based member identification is performed.
Valid Values Two-digit Symitar lookup field number (Lookup Type).
