Description This field indicates whether Spectrum member restrictive flags are used to determine if a member is considered frozen.

Purpose Controls whether member restrictive flags are evaluated when identifying frozen or restricted members. Allows institutions to use existing Spectrum restriction flags for frozen status determination.

Valid Values

• T (True) Spectrum member restrictive flags are used to determine frozen status.
• F (False) Spectrum member restrictive flags are not used to determine frozen status.
