Description This field indicates whether the system ignores Symitar Home Banking (HB) Mode, allowing the member to use Proactive Info, Teller, or Smart Bot.

Purpose Controls whether HB Mode restrictions are enforced. Allows institutions to permit member access to Proactive Info, Teller, or Smart Bot even when Symitar HB Mode would normally restrict access.

Valid Values

• T (True) Symitar HB Mode is ignored, allowing member access to Proactive Info, Teller, or Smart Bot.
• F (False) Symitar HB Mode is respected and access restrictions remain in effect.
