Description This field indicates whether cards with an Issued status are treated as active by the system.

Purpose Controls how card status is interpreted during validation and access checks. Allows institutions to determine whether issued cards should be considered active for transactions and service access.

Valid Values

• T (True) Cards with an Issued status are treated as active.
• F (False) Cards with an Issued status are not treated as active.
