1014 - Transfer On Force Pin Change

Description This field indicates how the system handles call flow when a member is required to perform a forced PIN change.
Purpose Controls whether the system initiates a transfer when a forced PIN change condition is encountered. Allows institutions to determine if members should be transferred to an agent or continue self-service handling.
Valid Values
- T (True) The system transfers the interaction when a forced PIN change is required.
- F (False) The system does not transfer the interaction and continues normal flow handling.
