Text-to-Speech Playback

Purpose

These settings control how SmartApps IVR reads out account, deposit, and transaction details during a call.

Prerequisites

  • Caller must be authenticated.
  • Source data must exist in the core system.

Configuration Steps:

  1. Navigate to System Personality ConfigurationText-to-Speech SettingsPlay Source.
  2. You can enable or disable each language independently.

Limitations

  • If source data is missing, incomplete, or not supported, the IVR will skip the TTS portion of playback.
  • Playback is TTS-based (not prerecorded audio).
  • Language availability depends on your system’s multilingual settings.
