Account Nickname Handling

Purpose

If members name their accounts (e.g., ‘My Vacation Fund’), they can manage nickname playback using the following Nickname Settings.

Prerequisites

  • Caller must complete authentication.
  • Nicknames must already exist in the core system.

Configuration Steps

  1. Navigate to System Personality ConfigurationText-to-Speech SettingsPlay Entities/Nicknames.
  2. You can enable or disable each setting independently.

Limitations

  • If a nickname is missing, the IVR defaults to the full account name.
  • Enabling more nickname or source details may slightly increase call duration.
