RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal Introduction

This section introduces the RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal and its functionalities.

What is the RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal

The RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal is TTEC’s web platform in which the learners can log in to using their enrolled credentials to access the functionalities of the RealPlay™ BOTs.

This should not be confused with the RealPlay™ BOT Admin Portal, which was developed by the Experience Innovation - RealPlay™ Product Engineering Team (RP PE Team) for the Learning and Performance Innovation - RealPlay™ BOT Team (RP BOT Team) to configure and manage the BOTs.

How to gain access
  1. Trainers need to send a request together with the class roster to the RP BOT Team.
  2. An RP BOT developer enrolls the learners through the admin portal or auth0.
  3. Special roles are assigned through the RealPlay™ BOT admin portal or auth0.
An RP PE Team member grants access to a new RP BOT Team member using auth0.

Here are some of the key terms that will be used throughout this guide:

RealPlay™ BOT
  • An AI-powered training tool wherein a BOT acts as a customer during contact center call simulations.
  • May either be a chat BOT or a conversation BOT.
  • Term may be used interchangeably with “Scenario,” especially when referring to the elements within the RealPlay™ BOT portals.
Scenario
  • A unique scenario that a learner can practice resolving.
  • A unique conversation with defined required outcomes that are scored in a specific way.
  • In the RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal, each scenario pertains to a BOT, but more than one scenario can use the same BOT.
Tenant
  • Identifies the BOT’s location in the internal and external tools
  • Usually adopts the client’s name for easier identification
User Roles
  • Determine the user’s level of access within the RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal
  • Learner: a regular user who can only access the production scenarios
  • SME: a tester who has access to all of the production and QA scenarios
  • Manager: a user who can view reports and specific learner sessions
  • Developer: a member of the RP BOT or of the RP PE Team who has access to all the scenarios, reports, and learner sessions.

How to Access the RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal

The RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal is guaranteed to work with the following requirements:

  • A stable internet connection with unblocked access to our required websites
  • A computer with a working sound card
  • The latest version of Google Chrome
  • A good quality microphone
  • A valid RealPlay™ BOT credential

RP BOT Team and ID Management (IDM) Team members should refer to the RealPlay™ BOT Onboarding Guide for user enrollment and maintenance procedures.

*Parasol is a mock tenant used by the RP BOT and the RP Product Engineering teams to launch experiments and initial tests.

How to Log in to the RealPlay™ BOT Client Portal

  1. Open Google Chrome and type the tenant’s address into the address bar.
  2. Press the Enter key.
  3. In the dialog box, type the user’s enrolled credentials.
  4. Click the Log In button.

NOTE:

If a microphone request dialog box appears, click Allow.

After successfully signing in, the user should be able to access the RealPlay™ Client Portal’s home page.
