Humanify Portal is the central host to a collection of powerful administrative and management tools and is an exclusive application to TTEC's Humanify Enterprise contact center solution. These tools are housed within a single interface allowing you better control over the outcome of customer experiences and includes many additional benefits, such as:

Humanify Portal Tools
Humanify Portal features the following tools:
- Users – A tool used by supervisors for creating and managing users.
- Teams – A tool used to create and manage teams in which agents are assigned.
- Skills – Tool used to create and manage skills which are used to quickly changing agent responsibilities.
- Skill Schedules – A tool that allows you to add, remove, replace, and restore agent skill assignments on a schedule.
- Interaction Manager – A tool that uses a drag and drop interface to create and manage call flows.
- Audio Manager – A tool for uploading and managing the audio files used for interactive voice response (IVR) or queue prompts.
- Dashboard – An interactive dashboard that provides supervisors a quick and easy view into contact center performance.
- Launchpad – A customizable "homepage" for quick access to frequently used Humanify Portal features and shortcuts to other related tools and websites.
