Working with Licenses

Use the Licenses page to view information about Purchase Orders and related licenses.

To work with licenses, in the Tenant Management Tool, click on Licenses in the Main Menu on the left side of the page. The Licenses page opens and displays a list of all licenses. See the following screen capture.

Note: Initially, the information displayed in the Licenses page represents the customer's original purchase order. Thereafter, the row on which the information is displayed is considered to be the customer's licensing information.

The Licenses page displays a grid (table) that lists all license-related information. The grid is organized into the following columns:

  • Order Number - The number that identifies a customer's original purchase order for an Humanify Portal license.

  • Order Date - The date on which the purchase order listed in the Order Number column was created.

  • CC Count - The number of Contact Center licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • VMXL Count - The number of Voice eXtensible Markup Language (VXML) licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • UC Count - The number of Unified Communications licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Cube SP Count - The number of Cisco® Unified Border Element (SP Edition) licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Cube Count - The number of Cisco Unified Border Element licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Blades Count - The number of Blade Servers licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Calabrio Count - The number of Calabrio licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Nuance ASR - The number of Nuance® Automatic Speech Recognition licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Nuance TTS - The number of Nuance Text-to-Speech licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Win OS Count - The number of Windows® Operating Systems (OS) licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • SQL Count - The number of SQL Server licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Red Hat Count - The number of Red Hat® Linux licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Veeam Count - The number of Veeam® licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Symantec Count - The number of Symantec™ Anti-Virus licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • EIM Count - The number of Email Interaction Manager licenses owned or used by the customer.

  • Notes - Click on the Edit Notes icon ( ) to open the Edit License pop-up window. When the Edit License pop-up window opens, notice that the window title also includes information about the last person to add or update the license information.   • Last Updated By - The name of the person who most recently updated the license information.

  • Last Updated - The date and time at which the license information was last updated. To remove confusion, the time is in 24-hour format.
