Planned Maintenance and Upgrade Notifications
To maintain performance and add new features, Webex CCE Administration Portal will sometimes need maintenance and upgrades. When this occurs, the service is not available for a temporary period of time. A notification displays at the top of the sign-in page a few weeks in advance, to inform users.
Acknowledging the Planned Maintenance
When the planned maintenance message displays at the top of the sign-in page, users must acknowledge the message before signing in.
- Place a check in the Acknowledged check box.
- Continue with sign in.
NOTE:
Acknowledgment of the maintenance notification is a requirement before a user signs in. If a user attempts to sign in without acknowledging, the following message displays:
Maintenance or Upgrade In Progress
Webex CCE Administration Portal informs users when planned maintenance or upgrades begin. During the event, the following message displays in place of the sign-in page:
