Campaigns

Campaigns are lists containing specific people or companies. An organization can use these lists for activities, such as:

• Marketing
• Surveys
• Debt collection

The Webex CCE Administration Portal provides access to key Cisco dialer parameters to tune the dialer in conjunction with the LCM application.

 Campaigns provides the ability to:

• Enable or disable a campaign
• Update settings associated with a campaign

Campaigns™page can be accessed from either the Quick Access or from the Launchpad. See the following screen capture.

The Campaigns™ page opens using its default settings (for example, displaying ten campaigns per page).
