Outbound call data

When an outbound call is performed via Dial Direct or Dial on Behalf of Queue, the following participant data is added to the conversation. For click-to-dial behavior, see Click-to-dial data.

Description

recordId Provides the ID of the record associated with the dialed phone number.
number Provides the phone number dialed by the user.
accountId or contactId If the dialed phone number belongs to a person account, the associated account or contact ID is provided.
recordName Provides the name of the record for the dialed phone number.
objectType Provides the type of record associated with the dialed phone number.
personAccount

If the clicked phone number belongs to a person account, this property is true.

Note: If person accounts aren’t enabled in your org, this field is not included.

oneView_clickToDial Used to indicate this conversation was initiated with click-to-dial.
