Trigger flows via outbound calling lists
Salesforce Flows can be triggered from an outbound campaign calling list on per contact basis.

As required for the campaign, add the appropriate columns to the comma-separated value (.csv) file associated with the outbound campaign.
All three columns are not required; only the ones applicable to the campaign.

, the value associated with that column that represents a SF flow will be triggered.

Enter the flow's API name in the appropriate column for each contact.
