  • Line messaging feature is deprecated and is removed from the current release.

  • New! Show Captions for Live Transcription

    Agents can now use the Show Captions option in the Interaction Details tab during phone calls and callback interactions to view live transcription.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the queue list from appearing in ISync screen pop settings.

  • Version reporting icon on the Genesys Cloud softphone now displays agent’s user id and organization id along with the ISync GC version number.

  • ISync softphone now displays an error on page refresh or login when the Enable Outbound Communication setting in Channel integration framework is set to false.

  • Fixed an issue that triggered the Call From field to appear empty when the Allow Activity screenpop setting is enabled in the screenpop queue settings.

    ISync is now compatible with LogRocket to capture user logs and errors for prompt troubleshooting.

  • Fixed an issue where the activity page did not pop for the retail Workspace queue even when the Allow Activity Screen Pop setting was enabled.

  • A new Tab View setting Evaluation tab will be visible in this release with functionality coming in the next version of InteractionSync.
