Interaction Log

To ensure, the interaction details are available to track an activity for future reference, the Interaction Log feature is used during or after the interaction .

The below options can be filled in for the activity:

  • Name: Contacts of the customer.

  • Related to: Drop-down list to select the related objects related to the interaction.

    Note: If the Auto Associate check box is selected by the admin, ISync auto-populates the Related To drop-down with records associated with the contact and selects the first record by default. Agents can still manually navigate and assign a different record if needed. However, when ISync triggers a screen pop for a Lead entity, it can only auto-associate the corresponding Lead record to the Related-To field. No additional related records (e.g., cases or opportunities) will appear in the drop down, as lead associations are now limited strictly to other leads.
  • Notes: Enter any notes you want to include that details the interaction.
