Licensing InteractionSync for Cisco Webex Contact Center

After InteractionSync for Cisco Webex Contact Center has been purchased you can then assign or unassign licenses for users and groups using the Microsoft Admin Center.

1. Access your Microsoft Admin Center.
2. Select the Licenses option found on the side menu under Billing.

3. Click on the Named User option.

4. Click the Assign licenses button.

5. Assign licenses to users.
